We
have just scoped out four of the SANDALS Ultra All Inclusive
resorts in Jamaica and St. Lucia. Sandals is the most popular
couples only honeymoon destination in the Caribbean because
everything is included in one price and they offer MORE
than ANY of the other all-inclusive properties.
Sandals includes,
not only all meals, drinks, tipping, & non-motorized water-sports,
but, also free weddings, scuba diving, golf, and more!
In Jamaica we saw
Sandals Montego Bay and Sandals Royal Caribbean. Both are
very nice. My personal favorite is the Montego Bay property,
which has the best beach, a more active crowd, and my favorite
choices of restaurants.
However, Sandals
Royal is very upscale, quieter, and has a restaurant on a
private island. St. Lucia boasts two properties, which, like
Jamaica, offer something for everyone. The Sandals St. Lucia
Golf Resort & Spa is my favorite because it was more opulent,
had the grandest pools (with waterfalls), offered my favorite
beach and restaurants.
But, many in our
group prefer the Sandals Halcyon with its quiet and luxurious
gardens, which is the ideal setting for weddings & romantic
honeymoons. Sandals offers five star luxury rooms (some with
private plunge pools) and five star dining with white glove
service.
